Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

  • Orders over $65.00: Free Shipping

🇬🇧 United Kingdom

  • Orders under £50.00: Standard Shipping - £2.97
  • Orders over £50.00: Free Shipping

Estimated Delivery Times Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated transit times are as follows:

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance processes, weather, or unforeseen carrier delays.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically be active within 24-48 hours.

Customs & Import Fees Please note that international shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination. Norumed.com is not responsible for these additional charges; they are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping FAQ

How Do I Change My Delivery Address? Please contact us immediately at help@norumed.com. We can only update your address if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once the package is in transit, we are unable to reroute it.

How Do I Cancel An Order? As stated in our Refund Policy, orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of placement. Please email help@norumed.com immediately if you need to cancel.
