Refund policy

90-Day Return & Replacement

We offer a 90-day return or replacement policy, meaning you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return or replacement.

To be eligible for a return under our 90-day trial, the product must be in good working condition and shipped back with all accessories and original packaging. Normal use during the trial period is acceptable; however, returns showing severe damage, misuse, or missing components may not be accepted.

Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at help@norumed.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the specific return warehouse address and instructions on how to send your package.

  • Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Important: Items returned to an intermediary shipping facility are not eligible for a refund; they must be sent to the specific warehouse address provided by our support team.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for providing a return shipping label.
  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.
  • Non-refundable costs: Original shipping costs and costs for non-physical items (such as lifetime warranties) are non-refundable.

Damages, Issues & Exchanges

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Does your product not fit? Contact us within the first 90 days. We can often assist with a free replacement, which is frequently faster and more convenient than a return.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Custom products (special orders, personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift Cards

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days.
  • Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
  • Orders that have already utilized a replacement/exchange are no longer eligible for a refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement. After this window, our team will have already processed your order with our logistical partners, and cancellation may no longer be possible.
